8th All-Russian Forum & Exposition “GOSZAKAZ 2012” 15 – 17 February 2012 Moscow Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center.
Moscow Entrepreneurs’ Association in the partnership with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service and other federal bodies organize Annual Forum & Exposition “GOSZAKAZ” (Government procurement). In the Russian Federation the Forum is officially recognized as the federal level event which is greatly appreciated by local and international companies.
The participants of the Forum’s exposition and business program are central and regional bodies of executive power, local and foreign suppliers of goods and services for public authorities, companies who exercise electronic tendering, local and international associations of businesses.
The Forum & Exposition “GOSZAKAZ” provides entrepreneurs with a unique opportunity to demonstrate their products to potential buyers – federal and regional government agencies, as well as to establish direct contacts with them in order to expand business activities.
The interest of international business community to the Forum is growing from year to year thanks to such advantageous features of the Russian market as the statutory equality of foreign companies with local ones in public tenders, the policy of Russian top leaders concerning the acquisition of high quality and innovative goods and services for state needs and ample opportunity to participate in investment projects through federal and local target programs.
The event helps foreign companies to take advantage of the above potential. Here they can obtain fresh information about the applicable legislation and latest tendencies in tenders’ procedures, get qualified consultations and training and establish essential business relations.
In 2011 the exposition of the event included 250 participants covering 9 000 sq. m. of exhibition space and the number of visitors from 20 countries exceeded 10 000.

“GOSZAKAZ-2011”
The 7th All-Russian Forum & Exposition “GOSZAKAZ-2011” was successfully carried out in Moscow, 23-25 March 2011, organized by the Interregional Public Organization «Moscow entrepreneurs’ association», with participation of Ministry of economy development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of finance of the Russian Federation, Federal antimonopoly service and Federal Treasury, under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
The main task of the Annual Forum-Exhibition is to assist in developing reliable and transparent system for state and municipal purchases by providing a direct dialog between customers and suppliers.
Taking into account, that the Russian legislation provides equal rights for Russian and foreign companies to participate in the system of public procurement, foreign participants of the Forum & Exposition have a unique possibility to get acquainted with conditions and the latest changes in the procedure of state procurement in Russia.
The event was participated by high-ranking officials

- Mr. A. Likhachev, Deputy Minister of economy development of Russia,
- Mr. S. Sobyanin, Mayor of Moscow,
- Mr. S. Borisov, President of All-Russian non-governmental organization “Opora Russia”,
- Mr. V. Strashko, Vice-president of CCI of Russia.
Making the round at exposition the Mayor of Moscow Mr. Sobyanin paid special attention to the joint booth of the foreign goods and services suppliers for needs of the Government of Moscow and underlined the importance of expansion of foreign companies participation, working in construction sector, metropolitan exploitation, transport industry, housing and public utilities sector, in the frame of the upcoming Forum & Exposition “GOSZAKAZ-2012”.
Taking into account the latest updates of the legislation in the system of state procurements in Russia, the conference-halls where the business program events were carried out were overcrowded by the audience. During the Plenary session hold on the 23rd of March, the results of reforms in the system of state order procurements in the period 2006-2011 were discussed.
The keynote event organized for the first time in the framework of the event was the 33rd Session of Interstate Council on antimonopoly policy. Mr. I. Artemyev, Head of Antimonopoly Service of Russia had invited his colleges from CIS-countries and Austria to share international experience and discuss actual situation in the sphere of public procurement. During the discussion the Russian system of government procurement was highly appreciated by the foreign VIP-guests.
The exposition in 2011 included foreign companies from Azerbaijan, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Korea, Poland, Republic of Belarus and the Netherlands.
